Personalised print designs

Our Mirror Photo Booth hire includes a fully personalised print design. Our in house graphic designer will create a custom print for your event. This design tends to include your name, event date and would be themed to suit the event. Typically we offer 4×6″ prints or double strip prints but other options are available.

These photos are then instantly printed after your photo session and a copy uploaded to a secure online photo gallery.

Photo album

We provide a photo booth guest book at every event as a keepsake for our customers to take home and enjoy.

Every photo is printed and the album is filled during your event. Guest can write a personal message next to their photo. You will receive the photo album at the end of the night.

Once you have created the GIF you can enter your telephone or email details and we will instantly send you a link to download your new GIF.

Log into your social media and upload the GIF to show everyone how much fun you’re having at the event.

Awesome Props

Awesome props is a must with all photo booth hire. Everyone loves to dress up for a crazy photo and we have the perfect selection of fun props for your event.

From the classic fake moustache to crazy full horse head masks we will provide the fun to your event! We are currently testing virtual props for a digital covid safe prop experience.

Delivery, set-up, running and removal

We will arrive an hour before your event and set up quickly and quietly in the area we have previously agreed with yourself. It will roughly take us 35 to 45 minutes to complete the set-up. We will take a few test photos to ensure the camera and lighting is perfect and then open at the agreed start time.

We typically run the photo booth for 3-4 hours which is based on the hire package you select. We staff the Magic Mirror during the hire. Helping your guests use the photo booth and resolving any issues you or the equipment may have. During the hire, we will insert a copy of each photo into the photo album and encourage your guests to write a personal message.

Once the hire is over, we will turn off all the equipment and remove the equipment. Your event may be in full swing but do not worry we can remove all our equipment easily and without any major issues. Once we have removed the equipment, we give you the finalised photo album with all your photos and personal messages. We will also send you a link to all your photos 48 hours after your event. You can share this online gallery with all your guests.

Unlimited Prints

Photo, Photo and more photos! Every time you visit the Mirror Photo Booth we will instantly give you 2 prints per session. Want your guests to keep using the photo booth during your event, no problems! We will never run out of ink or paper at your event and all your guests will get to use the photo booth during the hire period.

A typical event we print between 250 to 300 photos per 4 hour hire session. You will also receive a copy or all these photos in the photo album. We use the latest in photo booth print technology and exclusively use Mitsubishi dye-sublimation printers.

Studio Quality Photos

Not only do we believe the photo booth should be fun but the quality of photo output needs to have that wow factor. What sets up apart from other photo booth companies is the quality of equipment we use.

We developed all our photo booth technology in-house which allows us to test and refine all different lighting solutions and camera lens to ensure the perfect photo every time.

The current version of the Mirror Photo Booth uses the latest Canon M50 mirrorless camera and a studio-grade Elinchrom flash system. This creates a perfectly balanced photo.

Covid 19 Policy

Covid 19 lockdown has been dreadful for everyone but hopefully, we are through the worse of it and we are looking forward to the 2021 and 2022 season. Our policy is really simple if your event gets moved due to covid 19 will we do our utmost to accommodate your new date. If we cant accommodate your new date which is very unlikely we will offer you a full refund.  If your event gets cancelled due to covid 19 we will refund 100% of your deposit or balance that you have already paid.

We are as disappointed as you are when events get moved or cancelled so we see it only fair that we work with you to find all possible solutions. If you want to discuss this further please give us a call.

Insurance and PAT tested

Our equipment is regularly tested and independently PAT checked to ensure all safety at all times. This also ensures that every venue allows us to use their power supplier. Without this regular testing, we have known wedding venues to refuse the use of electricity on-site during the wedding. We can also run off a generator if required but we need to be notified before your event.

We currently hold up to £5million of public liability insurance. We have never needed to use it but like any insurance its offer you and us a peace of mind. If anyone did get hurt using our photo booths you know we will be covered for any damages up to £5 million.

Normally send the insurance and PAT certificate to the venue directly but if you require a copy please contact us.

Kickass Photo Booth Operators

Our amazing photo booth operators are the key to having a great event. All our staff have extensive training and most importantly great with people. We strongly believe that highly motivated staff with the correct training is key to the success of any company.

During your event, the photo booth operator will arrive an hour before the start time to set up and will operate the booth during the whole hire period. Helping guests, ensuring the quality of the photos and entertaining your guests is all in a night’s work for one of our professional operators.
